Hotel Equities is seeking a Server for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while upholding service standards.

The role requires a High School diploma and hospitality experience with major brands. You will work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, maintain a clean dining area, and contribute to a team-driven culture with excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take guests' food and drink orders and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present items, maintain a clean service area, and follow health codes.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables for larger parties.
• Provide a safe working environment by complying with safety programs and health requirements.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure proper conduct in kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all Company standard operating procedures.
