Job summary

Hilton Coronado is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations for its upscale dining outlets on Coronado Island. You will oversee guest service standards, product quality, budgeting, and policy enforcement while guiding a high-performing team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

As a key leader in our Food & Beverage division, you’ll drive revenue through innovative strategies, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety and alcohol

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and guest-service mindset.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
• Excellent communication and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations, ensuring guest service standards, quality, inventory, budgets, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service and satisfaction and driving improvements.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, evaluations and training.
• Drive revenue through marketing, upselling and promotional initiatives.
• Recruit and onboard talent, conduct interviews and maintain high service standards.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations and guest wellbeing.
