Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 4 years of F&B management experience required.
• 2 years of hotel industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct stock checks and place orders to avoid shortages.
• Create and manage staff schedules for peak and off-peak hours.
• Lead and coach team to maintain service standards and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
