Limelight Hotels Aspen is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist with breakfast, restaurant, and banquet operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth service execution. This role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires strong leadership and attention to detail.

The position emphasizes maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, with duties spanning seating, order taking, service, and banquet setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a food service environment.
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate Food & Beverage staff to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient operations.
Train, motivate, and provide feedback to staff to maintain high service standards.
Oversee daily breakfast and restaurant activities, including guest seating, order taking, and food delivery.
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation meet hotel standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
