Job summary

Hotel Saint Augustine, part of Bunkhouse Hotels, is seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our daily restaurant operations in Houston. You will collaborate with the broader F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage labor costs, and supervise food safety and service quality while coordinating special events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Two years of related hospitality or service industry experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand workplace language; proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff; manage scheduling to optimize labor efficiency.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory, and revenue goals; ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate special events as needed and adapt to fluctuating operation demands.
