Hotel Saint Augustine, a Perseid property in Montrose, Houston, seeks a Server Assistant/F&B Runner to support servers and deliver guest experiences. The role requires good communication, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to dress code policies during shift.
• Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
• Respond promptly to guest comments and inform supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain supplies of items such as linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays.
• Ensure beverage and ice dispensers and serving areas are stocked.
• Restock food and equipment at service bars and satellite stations.
• Set tables with clean linens and condiments.
• Clear tables, wash glasses, and transport used items to kitchens.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, floors, and surfaces.
• Serve water, coffee, and basic appetizers to patrons.
• Maintain open communication with departments via emails, logbooks, meetings.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure equipment is safe.
