Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across our elevated F&B services. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, and collaborate with teams to optimize menus, drive revenue, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, develop staffing plans, and maintain exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; four years of F&B management experience is required.
• Experience in a hotel environment is preferred; strong leadership and cost control skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and key F&B metrics.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor health codes, safety standards, and compliance across F&B operations.
