Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, banquet, and catering operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the F&B team, ensuring high service standards and brand compliance.
• Drive revenue through promotions, events, and guest engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with culinary, sales, and other hotel departments for seamless events.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and profitability to protect margins.
