Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality at Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant and bar operations, banquet service, and back‑of‑house functions in a 304‑room hotel setting. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive food and beverage management experience in a full‑service hotel or high‑volume environment.
• Experience supervising back of house operations, stewarding, and sanitation programs alongside front of house service.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and retain hourly teams across multiple functions and shifts.
• Strong financial acumen including cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of MA food code and ability to obtain ServSafe/TIPS certifications or equivalent within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in‑room dining with consistent service standards.
• Lead banquet and event service across eight meeting spaces, including pre‑event planning and staffing.
• Provide back of house oversight, sanitation, and HACCP compliance across all outlets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain hourly teams; manage scheduling and labor forecasts.
• Partner with culinary leadership on menu execution, beverage program, and cost controls.
• Drive guest satisfaction, monitor feedback, and implement data‑driven improvements.
