The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 49-story luxury condominium hotel in Downtown Miami, featuring 646 fully furnished rooms, extensive amenities, and prime retail space. Named after the historic Elser Pier, it continues Miami’s shoreline tradition.

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of F&B outlet operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality products, and service levels. Responsibilities include marketing, employee retention, budget management, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B outlet operations.
• Supervise outlet staff and respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and keep management informed of issues.
• Assist in loss prevention and prepare required reports on payroll, revenue, and staffing.
• Monitor service quality and assist in menu planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal and health regulations, SOPs, and requisition procedures.
• Be visible on the floor, conduct staff performance reviews, and train employees.
• Participate in departmental and hotel training programs.
• Hire front-of-house staff, manage tip reporting, and implement corporate promotions.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
