Job summary

Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina, seeks a skilled F&B Maintenance Staff II to support repairs, upkeep and operation of estate facilities and kitchen equipment. The role covers interior and exterior projects including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks, with focus on delivering world-class guest service.

You'll work with a maintenance team to assist leadership and departments, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while supporting guest experiences across the estate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional training in trades preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial plant operations and mechanics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; math skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance procedures and proper equipment use.
• Receive daily work assignments from supervisor and review priorities.
• Maintain par stock levels of fixtures, tools and standard supplies.
• Operate electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment as required.
