A successful candidate must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have at least 6 months experience in a restaurant kitchen.
- Food Safety Certification is a plus.
- Possess the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work varied shifts including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Enjoy working in a kitchen environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and assembling food orders to the set standards.
- Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies.
- Adhere to health regulations and other requirements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and confidence by protecting food quality; meeting service expectations; finding ways to please customers
- Assist in completing orders by selecting food items from serving or storage areas; cooking food items; placing on tray or takeout bag; serving beverage
- Ensures security of food stocks in the kitchen by observing control and inventory procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- In the absence of guests, maximize his/ her work shift by consciously finding activities that will help maintain the standards of their assigned area
- Ensures a high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work area is always ready to serve incoming guests and that no guests are left unattended.
- Provide excellent customer service and help provide guests with accurate park information. Answer guest questions concerning the park.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

- The noise level is generally moderate to high.
