Job Summary

Plans, prepares, and cooks food items to order while adhering to all quality and sanitation standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cook food to order, following quality and portion controls.
• Prepare food according to standardized recipes.
• Follow production sheets to ensure stock levels.
• Communicate with coworkers for timely delivery.
• Comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Store, label, and date all food items properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 1 year of cooking experience in full-service restaurants.
• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to frequently move and lift up to 50 pounds.
