Qualifications

• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
• Must communicate effectively with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation.
• Return clean china, glass, and silver to storage without breakage.
• Sweep and mop kitchen areas and maintain organization.
• Manually wash and scrub pots and pans.
• Ensure dispensers are stocked with paper, soap, and sanitizer.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in kitchens and utility areas.
• Comply with all safety standards and loss prevention guidelines.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.
