You will analyze sales, profitability, labor, inventory, and menu performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control. You will partner with cross-functional teams by developing reports and maintaining systems.

The role requires strong technical and math skills, plus the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable findings to field operators and managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage analytics, restaurant ops, finance, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, labor, food/beverage costs, and profitability trends.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Manage inventory systems, item setup, recipe costing, and data integrity.
