Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English with clients, guests, vendors, teammates/management in person, in writing and on the phone.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer relations, communication, presentation and organization skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, holidays and nights.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone professionally as the first point of contact for the Virgin Hotels brand.
• Coordinate reservation confirmations for special events and parties of six or more.
• Develop BEOs for all F&B activations throughout the hotel.
• Coordinate selling of all food and beverage in hospitality suites through Room Service.
• Collaborate with culinary, F&B service, and other departments to ensure flawless events.
• Assist in maintaining sales records, generating reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends.
