Responsibilities

• Ring ring—coordinate professional reception and first point of contact for guests.
• Coordinate reservation confirmations for events of six or more in F&B outlets.
• Develop BEOs for all F&B activations throughout the hotel.
• Coordinate selling of F&B in hospitality suites through Room Service.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B service teams to ensure successful events.
• Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
