Job summary

LCS is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to support the Executive Director at Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, Florida. The role focuses on licensure, regulatory compliance, and operations in a 118-unit independent living community with a 42-bed health center.

You will drive sales and occupancy, partner with government agencies, and ensure HIPAA and corporate policies are followed. Travel around 10% is expected; the compensation range is $113,000 to $141,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in financial management including budget preparation, cash flow management, and analysis of financial reports.
• BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area.
• Minimum of three years of management experience in health care or life care community environment.
• Active nursing home administrator license in Florida.
• Understanding of federal and state laws related to community operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Director in maintaining licensure and certification of the Community; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain positive relationship with government agencies who survey and inspect the Community.
• Ensure corporate compliance and HIPAA directives are implemented and monitored.
• Lead and contribute to sales, marketing and business development strategy.
