Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage for Montage Healdsburg. Lead strategic and operational F&B initiatives, drive profitability across rooms service, restaurants, banquets, and outlets, and manage the division's finances with a focus on guest satisfaction and staff engagement.

You will oversee menu development, collaborate with the executive chef, and ensure high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Five years of food and beverage management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, figures and transcriptions.
• Knowledge of food service techniques and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership on food and beverage concepts.
• Drive hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control.
• Prepare financial reports from budgets to monthly forecasts.
• Oversee payroll and equipment costs while maintaining service quality.
• Foster a guest-centric culture and employee development.
• Oversee menu development and culinary innovation in collaboration with the executive chef.
