Montage Healdsburg is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure service standards are met while maintaining inventory and operations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in food & beverage operations.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Prior micros or other systems experience.

Responsabilités

• Train staff and provide ongoing training to enhance skills.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist management with scheduling and labor controls.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining service standards.
• Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and promptly.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of department to complete side work.
• Interacted with guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
