Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Paradise Valley, AZ seeks a Director of Food and Beverage to lead all F&B operations, including Banquets, Centro Restaurant, and other venues, ensuring service excellence and strong financial performance.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, inventory controls, P&L analysis, and staff development, while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Five years’ luxury hotel F&B leadership experience.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Proven track record motivating managers to exceed goals and deliver high quality guest experiences.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, checkbook management, and cost controls.
• Proficient with Micros and online purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all Food & Beverage operations including Banquets, Crave Cafe, Room Service, Centro Restaurant, Oasis Pool Bar and related venues.
• Develop action plans for food cost control and budgeting; review production planning and forecasted covers.
• Ensure production sheets, portion control, and menu specs are followed; maintain sanitation standards.
• Coach and develop F&B staff; recruit, interview, and hire as needed; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Catering leadership to meet service standards and guest expectations.
• Ensure timely service during events and busy periods; monitor quality and guest satisfaction.
