Job summary

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Flying V General Manager to lead all restaurant operations and guest experiences at a luxury dining venue. You will drive financial performance, supervise a diverse team, and maintain top-tier service standards across dinner services and events.

You are a visible, strategic leader with at least five years in fine dining or high-end hospitality, strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and trends, and a proven ability to recruit and mentor staff while

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven success leading food & beverage operations and delivering guest service excellence.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain hospitality teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, mixology, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations including service, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and guest relations.
• Maintain highest standards of service, hospitality, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth and cost control.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent with accountability culture.
• Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor engaging guests and team members.
• Build relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners to enhance reputation.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and beverage team for cohesive F&B experience.
• Continually evolve menus, wine offerings, and service standards.
• Oversee beverage operations, inventory, ordering, and cost management.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate experiences.
• Ensure health, safety, labor, liquor, and company standards compliance.
• Own restaurant execution for dinner services, events, and programming.
• Analyze performance and address opportunities with action plans.
• Represent the restaurant and resort professionally within the hospitality industry.
