Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage for Kimpton Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. Lead the restaurant and room service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive performance across all F&B functions.

You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance, while maintaining high sanitation and cost controls to maximize profitability. Experience in hotel F&B management is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of supervisory and management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of food preparation, purchasing, dining room service, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the restaurant and room service operations.
• Schedule, supervise, and coach staff to ensure high service standards.
