Job summary

Kimpton Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Restaurant Server to join our Food and Beverage team. You will greet and serve guests in a high-service dining environment, taking orders and delivering memorable experiences that reflect our standards.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of serving experience, is comfortable with a POS system, and holds food handler and TIPS certifications.

Qualifications

• You have at least 6 months of experience as a Restaurant Server.
• You are familiar with utilizing a POS system, and you have or are willing to obtain food handler and TIPS or equivalent certifications.
• You have excellent people skills and can assist guests with questions and concerns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills will benefit this role.
• You are seeking flexibility to work a variety of days and weekends.

Responsibilities

• As our Restaurant Server, you will be working with the Food and Beverage Team, greet and serve our guests in the restaurant to ensure a top of the line, quality and memorable experience.
• You will be taking guests orders and requests, providing excellent service according to our high-quality standards.
