Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Overland Park is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability. The role coordinates housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and maintenance to uphold standards.

You will lead department heads, manage budgets, monitor performance, and drive service improvements through strong leadership and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Additional certifications in hotel operations or relevant areas are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel operations with 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements with department heads.
• Assist General Manager with budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Lead, train, and develop department heads to deliver excellent guest service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.
