Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• 5 years of F&B leadership experience in a multi-outlet and banquet environment.
• Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all F&B personnel.
• Prepare the F&B budget and monitor department performance with forecasting.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Coordinate menu planning and cost controls with executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations and liquor laws.
