Job summary

Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to coordinate, supervise and direct all aspects of its F&B outlet operations, ensuring profitability, quality, and service excellence.

You will lead outlet staff, monitor payroll and revenue, manage loss prevention, and collaborate with other managers to drive guest satisfaction and adherence to health, sanitation, and SOP standards.

Qualifications
