Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Food & Beverage Director to oversee all hotel F&B operations including restaurant outlets, banquets, and in-room dining. This role drives financial performance, guest satisfaction, and a high-performing team in Dayton, OH.

You will partner with culinary and service teams to implement innovative concepts, uphold core values, and ensure SOPs. Leadership, cost controls, and guest-centric service are essential in this critical role.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of financials, food cost, labor cost, and revenue strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a team environment focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Experience managing restaurant and banquet operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term financial and operational plans that align with the hotel’s goals.
• Oversee all F&B outlets and banquet operations to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain product and service quality by evaluating guest feedback and investigations.
• Design and implement revenue-generating programs with value and satisfaction.
• Empower and train team members to meet guest expectations through service delivery.
• Monitor food presentation and coordinate with kitchen staff to address concerns.
• Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and banquets with proper techniques.
• Lead and motivate F&B associates with effective leadership and performance management.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified team members.
• Make strategic business decisions using reports and performance data.
• Enforce Concord SOPs and service protocols.
• Oversee creation and execution of marketing initiatives for F&B outlets.
