Qualifikationen

• 4 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Hotel/Hospitality degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
• Experience implementing new F&B concepts

Aufgaben

• Oversee and direct Food and Beverage operations in front and back of house
• Develop and manage budgets, marketing plans and objectives
• Implement and maintain F&B sales/marketing programs
• Direct development and coaching of employees
• Ensure payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget are managed
• Coordinate F&B with other hotel departments for guest service
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction
• Maintain Hyatt standards of service and procedures
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Hyatt policies
