Job summary

Lakefront Anchorage is seeking a motivated F&B Dining Specialist to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction on site in Anchorage, Alaska. You will bridge leadership and frontline staff, uphold brand standards, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of restaurant management experience, a food handlers’ card, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• One to three years’ experience as a manager or assistant manager of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations aligned with brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional service rooted in hospitality.
• Lead and supervise Food & Beverage outlets and sanitation compliance.
• Maintain accurate reporting and cost control.
