Job summary

Lakefront Anchorage, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Food & Beverage Dining Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences and lead a collaborative, high-performing team. You will ensure smooth operations, uphold brand standards, and drive service excellence in a demanding setting.

With a focus on hospitality, you will manage guest needs, maintain safety compliance, and coach staff to maintain consistent service quality across outlets.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• One to three years' experience as a manager or assistant manager of restaurant operations.
• Current food handlers' card and Taps card.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
