Job summary

JL Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Bistro Attendant to provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service for hotel guests in Anchorage. You will take orders, prepare beverages, process payments, and maintain a clean Bistro area to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, energetic, and capable of working independently or with a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Training and room for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, Bistro, barista, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong guest service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional service.
• Take and prepare orders, serve food and beverages.
• Process payments accurately and handle POS.
• Maintain a clean Bistro area and restock supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
