Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in food preparation and knowledge.
• Ability to work across kitchen stations (Sauté, Broiler, etc.).
• Willingness to obtain valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning and equipment maintenance and advise repairs.
• Operate kitchen equipment.
• Read and measure ingredients.
• Read, write, and speak basic English to communicate with team.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Assist with cooking and plating across outlets.
• Control food costs and quality.
• Ensure sanitation and nutrition practices.
• Prepare items per recipes for consistency.
• Monitor staffing to meet budgeted levels.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
