Job summary

Linde Inc. in Burr Ridge, IL, is seeking an Associate Director of Commercialization for Food & Beverage US & Canada. You will drive the commercialization of new and existing PSOs, lead new sales and customer acquisition, and define go-to-market strategies across the region.

You will set annual objectives for new products and development projects, collaborate with central technology and sales teams, and translate technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Food Engineering or a comparable discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial gases or within a food production/processing company.
• Experience leading application sales, commercialization, or business development teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercialization of new and existing PSOs for US & Canada Food & Beverage with focus on sales growth.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies to launch PSOs and strengthen customer binding.
• Plan annual objectives for new business, products, and development projects in US & Canada F&B.
• Identify actions to enhance market segment activities, including training and customer development.
• Assess ideas for customer value, feasibility, and market potential; present to decision committees.
• Manage commercialization processes, including market launches and translation to customer value.
• Collaborate with central technology, sales, OEMs, market partners to accelerate growth.
