Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising an F&B Outlet and managing daily shift operations, including achieving performance and profit goals.
2. Creating effective schedules, managing labor costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
3. Assisting with budgeting and ensuring departmental compliance.
4. Promoting excellent customer service and addressing issues promptly.
5. Enforcing gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department.
6. Maintaining food service procedures and inspecting menu items for quality.
7. Supporting sanitary and pleasant service for guests.
8. Monitoring costs and inventory control.
9. Assisting with administrative duties as needed.
10. Ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting issues.
11. Maintaining confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least two years in Food and Beverage and supervisory roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and resolve conflicts tactfully.
• Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Must qualify for Maryland State Lottery license and possess Serv-Safe or equivalent certification, with the ability to obtain Responsible Alcohol Training certification.

Starting salary: $50,000.00
