As a BCN Hospice Team member, you will be part of a team providing care and support to patients and their families who have chosen comfort care over curative treatments for their terminal illness. Our service enables team members to focus on one patient at a time, providing care where the patient calls home, including houses, apartments, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. When care needs are complex, we provide services at our Hospice Care Centers.
