Job summary

The Lodge at Columbia Point in Richland, WA is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff development, reporting to F&B leadership and the Executive Chef. The position pays $30–$32/hour DOE and offers benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and 401K, plus paid time off and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising food service teams.
• Fluent reading/writing of English required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain schedules.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Budgeting and financial analysis experience.
• Proven people management and coaching ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly front-of-house schedules to control labor costs.
• Collaborate with F&B leaders and Executive Chef on menus, inventory, and ordering.
• Submit payroll for front-of-house staff on time.
• Hire front-of-house staff for all outlets in coordination with leadership.
• Train and supervise front-of-house staff on service etiquette.
• Oversee front-of-house service across restaurant outlets.
• Manage floor operations and seating flow.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for FOH staff.
• Promote cross-training to increase efficiency.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy to attract customers.
