Qualifications

• At least 5 years in hotel or related field, or suitable mix of degrees and experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience across lounge, banquet, and dining room.
• Coach and train staff to ensure smooth shifts and service.
• Uphold grooming, safety, and policy standards with required certifications.
