Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to obtain KRGC Gaming License.
• One year of supervisory experience in a food and beverage setting.
• One year of direct customer contact experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and other F&B software/applications.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B team by recruiting, training and appraising frontline personnel.
• Assist in managing operations within budget and to high standards.
• Oversee front and back-of-house restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, and safety standards; train staff on such information.
• Manage cash handling, POS usage, and daily reconciliations; secure cash banks and reports.
