Job summary

Wild Adventures Theme Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Area Supervisor to oversee daily operations across assigned areas and Team Members, ensuring park values and goals are met while delivering guest experiences that align with company standards. The role requires 3+ years in F&B or leadership, with strong supervision, customer service, and operation skills.

Must be able to work indoors/outdoors, and support after-hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, customer service or leadership.
• Experience supervising teams and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Train workers in food prep and service, sanitation and safety.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
• Supervise kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
• Monitor cash handling and payroll responsibilities.
• Assign duties and schedules for staff.
• Assist in weekly inventories and loss prevention.
