Job summary

Dutch Wonderland is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor in Lancaster, PA. The role oversees F&B operations, supports scheduling, training, and quality controls, and ensures safety and guest satisfaction across food stalls and restaurants within the park.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in food service and at least some supervisory experience, with strong customer service and compliance with state regulations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous work experience in food service, quick service, or restaurant setting
• 1+ previous supervisory experience a plus, preferably in a food or restaurant setting
• Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English — Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the F&B team and any other assigned departments
• Act as an approachable mentor and coach to all assigned team members
• Participate in all aspects of supervision of assigned employees, including hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline
• Ensure that all required meal and other breaks are being given in accordance with PA law
• Welcome all guests with a smile and positive attitude
• Perform opening and closing procedures including food preparation and cleanup
• Maintain food safety guidelines and compliance with Health Department requirements
• Maintain alcohol safety practices when applicable
• Handle escalated guest concerns and de-escalate when needed
• Oversee quality controls and production of food items
• Manage inventory and waste controls
• Interface with warehouse and maintenance for supplies and equipment
