Qualifications

• Must have lived experience with mental health recovery.
• MCPSS certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and mentorship in community settings.
• Assist individuals with identifying recovery goals and self-advocacy.
• Promote hope, empowerment, and recovery-oriented practices.
• Attend ACT team meetings, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with CMH/Medicaid standards.
