Job summary

Dexian is seeking a part-time Data Analyst based in Texas to join our enterprise reporting team in a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires 20-25 hours per week and focuses on regular reporting and data collection tasks to support financial reporting processes.

You will ensure accurate data management within our structured enterprise reporting system and collaborate with teams to maintain timely, reliable data flows. Previous experience in financial data management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process the receipt of financial documentation, communicate with members regarding missing or late reports, store financial data securely, facilitate extensions or waivers, and manage late fines.
• Enter financial data precisely into the automated financial reporting system, monitor its approval, and ensure workflow completion.
• Manage the creation and review of daily surveillance emails, tracking workflows related to negative news, missing reports, account modifications, and other pending items.
• Conduct daily reviews to identify and address items requiring same-day action.
• Reconcile reports and trackers to maintain their accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support reporting and data management activities.
