Job summary

Dexian is seeking a part-time Data Analyst based in Texas to join our enterprise reporting team in a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires 20-25 hours per week and focuses on regular reporting and data collection tasks to support financial reporting processes.

You will ensure accurate data management within our structured enterprise reporting system and collaborate with teams to maintain timely, reliable data flows. Previous experience in financial data management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of core financial reporting components such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Understanding of credit and financial statement analysis for various financial institutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process receipt of financial documentation; communicate with members about missing or late reports.
• Enter financial data precisely into the automated financial reporting system; monitor approval and workflow.
• Create and review daily surveillance emails; track workflows for negative news and pending items.
• Conduct daily reviews to address items requiring same-day action.
• Reconcile reports and trackers to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform additional duties to support reporting and data management.
