Lockheed Martin is seeking an F-35 Scheduler at Luke AFB to coordinate training activities and optimize resource allocation. The role requires interfacing with ATC Schedulers, squadron leadership, and staff to generate daily flight and training schedules.

Candidates should have scheduling experience in a military flying unit, a Secret clearance, and strong interpersonal skills. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations and a flexible shift schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Scheduling experience with a military flying unit and familiarity with syllabus-based training.
• Experience interacting with multiple functional areas and personnel of varied backgrounds.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills; strong organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities and optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Build and manage weekly schedules and up to 90 days in advance.
• Interface with ATC Schedulers, squadron leadership, and staff to schedule airspace and assets.
• Willingness to travel including CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed.
• Work multiple shifts to meet squadron flying window requirements.
