Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to support F-35 Flight Operations at NAS Fallon, NV. You will supervise maintenance, assign priorities, and ensure safe, on-time aircraft readiness.

The role requires extensive maintenance experience, leadership, and proficiency with ALIS and related programs, while coordinating with the host squadron and ensuring adherence to instruction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6 years minimum aircraft maintenance experience with thorough understanding of aircraft systems and military flight line operations
• 8 years OPNAV 8023.24 Navy Personnel Conventional Ammunition and Explosives Handling Qualification and Certification Program experience (within last 6 years)
• Leadership experience in an aircraft maintenance environment
• Experience with Aircraft Scheduling/Records Management, Job/Maintenance Control, Configuration Control, Maintenance Information System, Tool and FOD, E-Time Accounting, Training, Safety, Security, Hazardous Waste Management or Supply Chain Management

Responsabilités

• Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team as an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to support the F-35 Flight Operations at Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada
• Supervises aircraft production, provides technical assistance, and sets maintenance priorities
• Create and assign work-orders in the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and accomplishes aircraft safety of flight releases as required
• Coordinate with host squadron on schedule requirements and production issues
• Ensure workforce follows appropriate technical instructions, OPNAV 8023.24, DCMA 8210-1D, and other guiding instructions
