Job summary

Lockheed Martin at Luke AFB seeks a F-35 Flight Instructor Manager to lead and mentor an instructor cadre, coordinating with Training Operations to deliver world-class pilot training. You will oversee courseware updates, simulator use, and ensure safety and efficiency across all training domains.

The role requires active F-35 CIP experience, the ability to obtain clearances, and collaboration with military and industry stakeholders to sustain training objectives.

Qualifications

• Active F-35 contract instructor pilot experience with squadron or training unit involvement.
• Experience leading instructor cadres or managing training programs in military/defense contracts.
• Deep knowledge of F-35 pilot training syllabi, PTDs, FMS, EML, ICW.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Flight Instructor team.
• Oversee courseware updates and delivery of EML/ICW.
• Instruct procedures with PTDs and validate trainee progress.
• Coordinate with Training Operations to align schedules and resources.
• Support Lockheed Martin training initiatives and continuous improvement.
