Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements within authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions; prepare awards and administer subcontracts.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions including price and change activity.
