Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, Virginia is seeking an F-35 Administrative Security Specialist to support mission-critical security and administrative operations for the F-35 program.

You will manage security documentation, coordinate actions, prepare reports, and maintain records, while ensuring compliance and handling sensitive information in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. On-site in Arlington, VA, the position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in security/administrative roles; more experience may substitute for degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret clearance; Secret clearance preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience preparing reports and tracking program documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS).
• On-site work in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Government, Serco, and contractor personnel on actions.
• Maintain security files, logs, rosters, trackers, and docs with accuracy.
• Support security program operations through meetings, briefings, data calls, and reporting.
• Assist with administrative processes and security actions supporting mission objectives.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and strict discretion.
• Keep records accurate, organized, updated, and retained.
• Provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day office and security admin functions and deadlines.
