Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to manage classification and security operations in a high-security environment supporting national security and defense programs.

The role requires handling, safeguarding, and accounting for classified information and coordinating with government and contractor personnel to meet mission objectives. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in classification management, security operations, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Active Secret Security Clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support classification management activities within a secure facility environment.
• Maintain, track, and manage classified and sensitive program documentation.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and tracking spreadsheets for program requirements.
• Coordinate with government and contractor personnel on security matters.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and procedures.
